Simplicity can be great, but not when it robs God’s word of its richness and depth. In Christianity, this can take a few forms, such as, “I’m saved by faith alone,” or in my background, “the five steps to being saved.” (Note: I wouldn’t treat any relationship as a checklist.)
But God has a lot more to say, and it’s nice to let it soak in. This is just an appetizer, but I found it nice.
